Delivery Policy

At Kickin’ Confectionery, we are committed to providing a reliable, professional, and transparent delivery service. Ensuring your sweets arrive safely, promptly, and in perfect condition is our top priority. This guide outlines our delivery process, options, and important information to help you enjoy a seamless experience.

Delivery Options

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries and offer two services to suit your requirements:

Royal Mail Tracked 24

  1. Next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  2. Ideal for urgent orders or last minute sweet cravings.
  3. Includes tracking so you can monitor your parcel throughout its journey.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

  1. Delivery within 2–3 working days.
  2. Suitable for planned or non urgent orders.
  3. Tracking included to provide reassurance and visibility of your parcel’s progress.

Note: Delivery charges are determined by the weight of your order. The exact shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

  1. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
  2. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  3. Once dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number and estimated delivery time.

Tracking Your Order

All deliveries include tracking to ensure you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery. The tracking number is provided in your dispatch email, allowing you to:

  1. Monitor your parcel in real time via the Royal Mail website.
  2. Plan for receipt or collection.
  3. Receive updates in case of delays or delivery issues.

Handling and Care

We take great care to package your sweets securely to prevent damage during transit. Please note the following:

  1. Handle parcels with care upon receipt.
  2. Store sweets according to the instructions on the product packaging to maintain freshness and quality.
  3. If any items arrive damaged, contact our customer service team immediately with photographs of the damaged goods.

Estimated Delivery Times

While we aim to meet the stated delivery times, please note that they are estimates:

  1. Royal Mail may occasionally experience delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, operational issues, or public holidays.
  2. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday–Friday will generally be delivered the next working day (Tracked 24) or within 2–3 working days (Tracked 48).

Address Accuracy

To avoid delays please ensure that your shipping address is: Complete and correct, including postcode.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel:

  1. A card will be left with instructions for collection or re-delivery.
  2. You may arrange collection from your local Royal Mail depot or request a re-delivery at a convenient time.
