Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all online orders placed with Kickin’ Confectionery and is designed to comply with UK consumer protection laws. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Delivery Policy.
1. Perishable Goods
- All products sold by Kickin’ Confectionery are perishable food items (pick & mix sweets).
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
- This policy ensures compliance with UK consumer law regarding perishable goods.
2. Your Statutory Rights
- Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or other appropriate remedy if goods are: Faulty or Not as described.
- Customers may also have additional rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for online purchases.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive an order that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
- Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
- In cases where the courier has mishandled the parcel, we may liaise with them to resolve the issue.
4. Refunds & Replacements
- Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, at our discretion.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout.
- Delivery charges paid are non refundable, unless the issue was caused by Kickin’ Confectionery.
- Replacements will be dispatched at the earliest available opportunity, subject to stock availability.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind or preference
- Incorrect address details provided by the customer
- Failed deliveries where the courier attempted delivery correctly
- Delays caused by postal or courier services beyond our control
- Products that have been stored improperly after delivery, including exposure to heat, moisture, or direct sunlight
- Orders that have been opened, consumed, or partially used
6. Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier.
- Refunds for lost parcels will be considered in line with the courier’s investigation outcome and our own verification process.
- Kickin’ Confectionery will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal strikes, severe weather, or courier disruptions.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
- We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, or unavailability of the recipient.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of goods upon delivery and report any issues promptly.
